Chapter Seventeen: The Rise of Evil Forces
After Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen resolved the monster incident in the village, they thought they could finally live a peaceful life. However, little did they know that an even greater crisis was quietly approaching.
In a remote, dark valley, an evil force is rapidly rising. A demon known as Black Fiend, wielding cruel and powerful dark magic, has gathered a group of wicked followers. They plot to conquer the entire world, plunging all people into endless fear and darkness.
Upon learning of Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen's heroic deeds, especially their mysterious magical treasures, Hei Sha was filled with jealousy and greed. He decided to send his most capable henchmen to seize Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen's treasures and eliminate them.
One day, Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen were at home discussing how to further help the people in the surrounding area when suddenly, a sinister laugh came from the sky.
"Liu Yu, Bai Suzhen, today is your end!"
Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen rushed out of the room and saw a huge black dragon circling in the sky, with an evil wizard wearing black armor standing on its back.
"Who are you? Why are you here to provoke us?" Liu Yu asked loudly.
The evil wizard sneered, "I am Mokho, a wizard under Lord Black Fiend, and I have been ordered to take your lives and your magical treasures!"
After saying that, Moke waved his magic wand, and a black flame attacked Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen.
Bai Suzhen quickly cast a water shield to block the flames. Liu Yu seized the opportunity to leap into the air and rush towards Mo Ke.
Seeing this, Moke muttered incantations and summoned a group of skeleton warriors to block Liu Yu's path.
Undeterred, Liu Yu brandished his sword and engaged in fierce combat with the skeleton warriors. Bai Suzhen also continuously cast spells to support Liu Yu.
However, Moke's magic was so powerful that Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen gradually felt overwhelmed.
Just then, Moke seized the opportunity and unleashed a powerful beam of magic towards Bai Suzhen.
"Suzhen, watch out!" Liu Yu shouted, leaping towards Bai Suzhen and using his body to block the beam of light.
Liu Yu was hit and fell heavily to the ground, spitting out blood.
"Liu Lang!" Bai Suzhen cried out in anguish, her eyes filled with anger and sorrow.
Bai Suzhen's magic power erupted instantly, and her body emitted a strong light. Wherever the light touched, the skeleton warriors vanished.
Seeing that things were going badly, Moke tried to escape on the flying dragon. But Bai Suzhen wouldn't let him succeed. She cast a powerful spell, freezing the dragon and Moke in mid-air.
"How dare you hurt Liu Lang! I will make you pay the price!" Bai Suzhen roared, conjuring a huge ice spike in her hand and shooting it towards Mo Ke.
Moko opened his eyes wide in terror, but there was no way to dodge. The ice spike pierced through his body, and Moko died instantly.
Bai Suzhen quickly ran to Liu Yu's side and helped him up.
"Liu Lang, you must hold on." Bai Suzhen said, tears streaming down her face.
Liu Yu smiled weakly: "Suzhen, I'm fine, don't worry."
Although they defeated Moke, Liu Yu's injuries were severe. Bai Suzhen took Liu Yu back home and used all her magic to heal him.
After several days and nights of effort, Liu Yu's injuries finally improved.
"Suzhen, we owe you so much this time," Liu Yu said gratefully.
Bai Suzhen held Liu Yu's hand: "I'm willing to do anything as long as you get better."
However, they knew that Moko was just one of Black Fiend's men, and that a greater threat was yet to come.
Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen decided to take the initiative to find the lair of the Black Fiend and completely eliminate this evil force. They embarked on a difficult journey, encountering various dangers and challenges along the way.
In a dense forest, they encountered a group of demonic flowers that released poisonous mist. The mist from these flowers was extremely potent; inhalation would render a person unconscious.
Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen carefully avoided the poisonous fog and engaged in battle with the demonic flowers. Bai Suzhen used magic to control the demonic flowers' movements, while Liu Yu took the opportunity to cut them down one by one.
After leaving the forest, they encountered a turbulent river, in which a huge water monster lurked.
Suddenly, the water monster leaped out of the river, its gaping maw lunging at them. Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen worked closely together, and after a fierce battle, finally defeated the monster.
After overcoming countless hardships and dangers, Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen finally found the lair of the Black Demon.
The Black Fiend's lair was filled with a dark aura, and its surroundings were filled with various evil magic circles.
Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen did not back down at all and resolutely entered the lair.
Black Demon sat on the throne, coldly watching them.
"You actually dared to come to our doorstep, you're really overestimating yourselves!" Black Demon sneered.
Liu Yu said, "Your evil deeds will surely be punished!"
A final battle is about to unfold. Will Liu Yu and Bai Suzhen be able to defeat Heisha and save the world from darkness?
